Earthly Example

Companies have a group of administrators who make decisions to keep the company running and growing. Think of a president as an administrator.

Spiritual Explanation

Someone with the gift of administration helps to guide the church and others and keep them on track with what is important. Sometimes they have to make tough decisions. Churches need administrators who listen to God and help keep the ministries running and moving forward in the way God wants them to. 

Biblical Example

• Paul appointed Titus to select elders to help out on the island of Crete. (Titus 1:5) 
  
• The disciples of Jesus were in charge of helping the church to grow and spread out. They were the leaders. 
  
• Moses did what God told him to do. He led the Israelites with God's direction. (Exodus)
